1. Overview
We take great care to prepare and deliver each artwork so it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Shipping methods are selected based on the size, scale, and destination of each piece.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Larger works, sculptures, or custom pieces may require additional preparation time, including custom packaging or crating. In such cases, our team will communicate estimated timelines directly with the collector.
3. Shipping Methods
Small to Mid-Size Works
Smaller paintings, prints, books, and select objects are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Large-Scale & Original Artwork
Oversized or high-value works may require:
• Custom crating
• Freight shipping
• Specialized fine art handling services
These shipments are coordinated individually to ensure safe transit.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable. For large-scale works, custom shipping quotes may be required and will be provided prior to finalizing the order.
5. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value. This ensures protection in the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit.
6. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on location, carrier, and level of service:
• Domestic shipments: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch
• Freight or specialty shipments: timelines will be coordinated directly
Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather challenges, or regional logistics.
7. Installation Services
Professional installation services are available for collectors upon request.
This service is offered at an additional cost and may include:
• On-site placement and installation
• Coordination with designers, architects, or project managers
• White-glove delivery and handling
Installation services are arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on location and scope.

8. Collector Responsibilities
Collectors are responsible for:
• Providing accurate shipping and contact information
• Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery when required
• Inspecting the artwork upon arrival
For freight deliveries, carriers may require scheduled delivery appointments.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the artwork and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including repair, replacement (if applicable), or processing an insurance claim.
10. International Shipping
International shipping is available on select works.
Collectors are responsible for:
• Customs duties and import taxes
• Any additional fees required by the destination country
Delivery timelines may vary based on customs processing.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain works may be restricted from shipping due to size, fragility, or destination limitations. In these cases, alternative arrangements or local pickup may be required.
12. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available from Justin Gaffrey Gallery by appointment.
Collectors will be notified when their artwork is ready for pickup.
