Justin Gaffrey’s creative journey has always defied convention. Before gaining recognition as a visual artist, he spent years as a chef and small restaurant owner in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Over time, his restless creative energy found its voice in painting — blending sculpture, engineering, and invention to develop his own tools and signature mediums. His distinctive sculptural style first captured the essence of the coastal South — wild landscapes, native wildlife, and the emotional undercurrents of human experience — earning a loyal audience for work that is as textured in feeling as it is in form.

In recent years, Justin’s vision has expanded — both literally and creatively — into new terrains and larger formats. Inspired by the jagged peaks and mythic tones of the American West, his more recent works channel a bolder sense of scale, place, and story.
